Buy the company by giving scrip to the owners. Where to get such shares? Just print them.
Yes.......91.4 million new shares. Dilution ? who cares, the shareholders will pay!
On the bright side however. They couldn't have bought the company using common old vulgar money.
Which still leaves Sprott money for whatever it's going to take to drill, blast, truck, build mills, fight court cases, and generally bolster up the Bullseye business, etc etc.
You can't buy that stuff with scrip issue.
The West yesterday referred to Bullseye as "beleaguered". Management and owners now breathing huge sighs of relief.
They can now go about business safe in the knowledge that their White Knight and guardian angel Emerald Resources
is protecting them.
What to do with Sprott's money? Get on with business in Cambodia. Develop Memot for a start.
Meanwhile we here just have to keep on waiting.
