equivalent to a 40,000m drilling cap raise

so 91 million new shares coming soon so 91 million + 515 million = 606 million x 0.76 = $460 million !
so about a 30% dilution to current sp of $1.08 !

now saying that you've got a very strong management team and very strong producing asset and very strong holders and you wouldnt except the new owners of bulleseye to offload their emr shares !
