    I had asked this question before also that how did management came to the magical number of 8C for CR and now we know the answer. I got up from bed dreamt that 8C is good number lets announce.. Then i wake up after couple of months and realize oops it was wrong figure.. Anyway let SH suffer .. Really disappointing as a long term SH to see this announcement..
