I never said it wouldn't be possible for both to reach the same milestones together .

I just considered that I would like to see FEED for PBP first considering the time we've waited .

If we don't see FEED for PBP and we see it for GRP I would feel disappointed some what because it is just a document that should have been completed and a milestone achieved .

So if they release DFS and FEED for GRP that's great but if it comes at the expense of PBP especially without reasoning I will be disappointed and so should all SHs .

There is a proviso if they can't complete PBP FEED in its entirety because the private land remains outstanding then they need to release what they have regardless , if they do this I will be happy .

At this pointy end of proceedings we need to know :

A) they're plan/s
B) the economics of all
