Some other things to ponder 3
- DOE or DOD allow for underwriting by Treasury of any commercial loan (Guarantor)
- DOE loans are expandable as the the need arises as the government doesn't see themselves as a bank but merely a mentor with funds .
- the DOE allows for State collaboration via its title 17 rules - essentially the State and ASN partner to get the projects working with FED money .
there are many other possible twists and turns also ..........
