Not quite but the door is open and a cold wind is blasting through. You will have to wait until the results of th emeeting on Monday is held to see which path it takes.
The vote will give you a result of, either
1. You get nothing; or
2. At best you get a very small percentage of whatever you hold and it will be in shares in PRL or if
3. At worst PRL treats it as an asset acquisition not a company acquisition and it can take the position of there being no obligation to CXM shareholders and you would get the same as point 1.
Think along the lines of "I win you lose" and "You win and you still lose"
