RRL seems to me to be the only clearly undervalued company out of our better locally based mid tier goldies (ie RRL, SBM, NST, EVN, SAR). But that is only if you include the future income stream from the proposed NSW gold deposit yet to be developed, otherwise its probably over-valued. WGX also has considerable potential but may stay a higher cost producer, and is yet to prove itself.
RRL pays the best dividend of any Oz goldie, and that will grow assuming they build their next mine.
Strange day to see a lot of the goldies moving up in the face of a falling AUD and USD POG. I am expecting some sort of bounce in the POG up to around USD1300, but perhaps USD1200 will get broken in December if the US Fed raises rates in September and December. I dunno, just guessing that Trump's trade war and the Fed tightening are deflationary for key countries that buy a lot of the gold (China and India in particular.)
loki (I am not a RRL holder, but a family member has a few shares here.)
