Every company does this exact thing
I mentioned it several days ago that we can expect some announcement to come out that they were sitting on and probably used to incentivize Canaccord to get involved again.
And you can bet there will be another announcement to come after the CR is completed.
These guys are no different to all the other BoD out there. They honestly think people are stupid.
Unfortunately this little spike will be short lived and we will back below 4c. Just the way it goes.
