    Hi Jase, I would disagree with you on the debt covenants. My understanding is it's past breaches that get waivered each time (at considerable cost) , not any future breaches. As such each new breach is a possible issue as far as the loan goes and is what causes a lot of market uncertainty on whether loans will suddenly get called in.

    Hopefully as part of our "refinance transaction" they can remove such restrictive covenants.

    All just my humble opinion though.
