As mentioned by xxxlionxxx and pendant in earlier posts, this announcement allows a few more extra days to buy Ardea and effectively buy at a 05 cents discount or a 05 cent dividend.
Current Ardea holders with some spare cash might also consider the "in specie" KAL share entitlement.
