For a company as small as DRO I don't believe it would be sensible to write off a multi-million dollar sale as bad debt until all avenues are exhausted. Any investor can make their own decision to include/exclude it as a future revenue in their valuation approach. I'm on the fence myself, as until the ME deal is taken off the table I take the view the lack of payment isn't nefarious and more tied into the negotiation.
