    On what grounds do you say they are locked out or a 'blackout' period??

    That's just an excuse not to buy on market, lockout periods only exist for short periods, not months on end...

    They were more than happy to ask holders for free options, and take a weekly wage, how about the shareholders make some returns? or at least align yourself with us.. NOT via free shares, but your hard earnt....
