They do... when many companies spend 10 years establishing resources with hope of mining them one day RMS mine what they have and simultaneously replenish resources by drilling. Nevada exploration may turn up additional funds that one day open up mining in the states.
Management doesn't fantasize about mining gold, they do and do it well. They replenished reserves of what they mine for many years and I dont see why this trend will stop given their recent accomplishments.
