The production was down the last few quarterlies due to mining lower grade ore and planned shutdowns for equipment. I expected the benefits of those actions to be reflected sooner, but at least they came and are hopefully a sign of more to come.
That play from Twiggy was a saving grace for the company, it was getting grim, and now this great news around production.
I think I posted my last critical post of management at long term lows, and whilst I missed an opportunity (having followed and researched the company for so long), I am glad that those who held and those who bought have made money.
Of course I feel for those who lost money and hope they had gains elsewhere they could offset against.
The company is still down a ways on the last month, and this is absolutely a positive announcement, the next thing would be some movement on McPs, and then hopefully those with more faith and larger holdings than me will be rewarded.
Well done to the team working at the goldface (???).
