Mining is a suckers game. Troy used to be one of the few companies doing something a little bit different to get a competitive advantage. Buying small projects, uneconomical due to scaling of costs, on the cheap, then build a cheap starter mine and get additional profits due to additional exploration success. Not many able to duplicate that strategy as in the past plants have been built way cheaper than most others could. There will be a long time where Troy will not get additional projects besides Karouni if ever. I just hope the gold sector will not enter a mania phase where no new projects are available, maybe they can duplicate past success stories like Sertao or Andorinhas.
