Actually DD, we are most of the through the ‘hard part’ and we have and will continue to inflect. The company simply cannot satisfy all the Zoleo orders which is why all the announcements say x units will be delivered in (insert future period).
This means that stock orders are near capacity and all those associated costs/capital/expenses are somewhat capped near the present run rate or near it - this excludes the investment in the new Zoleo and the accelerated global roll out, which will come over the next 12 months or so.
But subscriber airtime earnings will be substantial and will more than offset this. We will see our EBITDA margin keep increasing each period from here.
In other words, our profit margin will expand as our sales rise. It’s a very exciting time.
Beam have even guided to this in the announcement (See above) and is the whole reason why we are all here on the ground floor.
Over the coming quarters there will be lots of new people in this HC forum as this stock gets ‘discovered’
