I really don’t know what to expect. If the growth rate for Zameen Is even 50% of what it has been recently then I think the value of Zameen covers the MC of FDV. That leaves the other 13 sites growing strongly, albeit mostly off a low base, as free options. We just need two or three of these sites to be successful to do really well from here.
I would be happy to see continued strong growth and a general rerate in SP to reflect the value I see. The extremely tight register means this stock will move fast on good news (same on bad news).
I intend to hold for 5 to 10 years and I am excited by its prospects. I think management are A1, growth is excellent and the risk reward is good. I am a bit bemused that there is not more discussion around the stock. Perhaps it’s emerging market risk coupled with low liquidity keep most away?
