Definitely we are witnessing perhaps the start of a winding out of growth in favor of value.... however i see zero correlation between WeWork and FDV. Completely different business, different opportunities, different industries.
WeWork is getting killed primarily becuase its a terriblly unprofitable traditional property business masquerading as a fast growing tech company.... not to mention a ton of fraud....
