The problem with a frontier market running on borrowed money is it can leave fast, plunging the economy into crisis and forcing a bailout. Ala Argentina or indeed Pakistan in the past. That would be a bad time to say, IPO a fast growing tech company.
Lots of potential risk to go with the potential reward.
