    Yes - the reasons I didn't mention Propzy as a winner are that (a) it's coming off a relatively low base (b) FDV only owns 20% of it and (c) it made negative EBITDA to the tune of more than $2.5m on a 100%-ownership basis for the half year.

    It did have a great quarter in terms of revenue and there is a good chance that the EBITDA loss was driven by "good" costs necessary to establish its market dominance. Viewed thus, these may be more "investment" than "cost".
