“The peak of the recent floods has passed. All our orchard operations are focused on our pre-harvest programs. There was no significant damage from the floods, but some minor tree losses occurred due to orchard inundation. The medium-term farming outlook is business as usual.”

If there is some immediate tree loss. then it is reasonable to assume that there will be further losses or at least delayed damage as a result of fungal incursion and  root die back.
While this won't threaten the viability of Select, it might be serious for product quality and volume in particular orchards.
And although there is no direct statement in the Announcement as to which region(s) have suffered damage, the indication is that it has been the Riverina (Griffith area and/or Hillston),  as orchards in the Central and Southern districts are mostly on higher ground (not sure about Paringa).
That might impact the potential sale of Mountview (oblique reference to flood damage there in the Announcement), and there is also a complication in that some of the plantings at Hillston are on leased property.
Goldilocks could have been the author of: "the medium-term farming outlook is business as usual."
