My understanding is GMD have a 2.1 million ounce resource with no mill and a higher market cap than RED. Why would RED accept an offer from them? And furthermore it bedazzles me as to why they have a 600 mill market cap with a 2 million ounce deposit, seems really strange. RMS would be the better acquirer with producing mines and a much bigger market cap
