My last post on Red5 for a while as there is nothing else to report or analyse until at least the May Production numbers come out. Do not lose sight of the fact that we have a 4.7MoZ reserve that is capable of producing 200koz/yr at an AISC of $1750-$1950. There will be blips along the way. So long as those blips do not sink the company or cause irreparable damage, the share price will eventually reflect the true value of the company. I for one thinks the company's value significantly more than what the market thinks it is valued now. Are there risks? Certainly. But the company has overcome the usual difficulties of the ramp up stage and has plenty of cash in the bank.
Mr Market can be irrational at times. In fact, it can be irrational longer than one can be solvent.
