    Looks like Austroid has requested this meeting. FIRB might have rejected it again. If Alita is able to pay off all the debt, it might not need to go to liquidation process. Austroid / CHEL might not want to go to liquidation too given they have bought all the shares from GXY, Tribecca and some other shareholders.
