Those costs are less than I figured how did you calculate them? From my reading of the material a price around 20-22 US was the breakeven. Which is like 3-5 US per ounce profit. If profit is as high as you suggest then I think the stock price will be a lot higher than my earlier thoughts on the matter with silver still at $25 US an ounce.

Either way I'm in MKR because it will be the largest multibag on the ASX if silver breaks out and it is currently severely undervalued. Silver and gold are heavily manipulated so you can never be "certain" when it comes to them however since the printing machines for the govt/banks are going crazy at some point that money will end up in the safe assets like a flooding river. It is already happening NOW with silver thanks to silversqueeze , with silver investment demand hitting 70% of the entire estimated 2021 mining supply in August. We and industry are consuming old silver stockpiles to fund the demand.

If silver profit is as high as you suggest MKR would literally be a derisked investment to 60c, up from my old calculation of 40c. Another of my properties is clearing soon so I'll be buying upto 40c and hope some sellers appear around low 30s.
