Current silver price $32AUD an ounce - and climbing into 33 as I type
troy ounce = 31.1g
On the Pad - 515,000t at ~70g of silver = ~1.1m ounces
Revenue = ~$37milAUD
Costs = $35 per tonne to process = ~$18milAUD
Profits 37-18 = $19mil
I said 16-20mil to give some margin for error.
All that info is in their current announcements and happy to be corrected if I made any gaffs.
I really think MKR is being wrongly undervalued and I like how MD Dennis Karp is doing his best to remind the market by delivering the goods (and more) on what he spruiked in the IPO.... and when the mkt wakes up to this I think it’ll be back to 60c + in a flash.
