I am skeptical of those numbers but it would be a happy surprise if it turns out that way. If silver price stays same as now I am expecting 5-10M profit in first half of 2022. And if silver is 50 USD then somewhere around 40M profit. You could be looking at a 20-30% dividend based on current stock price in July 2022 and a massive increase in SP by that point.

And yes MKR is very undervalued, the fact they will be out of debt and have some money in the bank by end of 2021 isn't factored into the SP yet. "They" will wait for this quarter results to hit before it becomes obvious I think.
