They may well be building a model to roll out but some questions..

Are there any competing models?
How long before the product/model doesn't need external capital injections to sustain itself?
What might happen during the time that it becomes CF+ or Profitable, competitors etc?
How much extra cash will the retails need to pump in to keep it alive until its self sustaining?

Not to say it cant succeed but the positive announcements all omitting revenue (and share price reflecting it) tells most of the story IMO.
