If you google avg salary in aust fulltine comes up at c75k . In their roadshow preso they said avg recruiter fee b/w 8% -20% . The same doc says tsp gets 20 %. Take midpoint on recruiter fee charged 75k x 14% x20% = 2100. If we say they charge worst case 8%-10% then tsp get 1200-1500

Now i know someones gonna bleat but the bidders statements says revenue is only c840 per hire but im sure they didnt say to the very first customers you must pay or else. There would have been some freebees along the way..
