If you were a market leading recruiter, why would you need to upload your IP/product(CV's) onto the TSP platform? There is no way they'd share their best talent.
Time to fill and cost to fill, TSP's main selling points, are not the metrics that count for end user hiring organisations.
Do some research about what companies and hiring managers really value from a hiring process. It might surprise you....
TSP trying to create a new hiring/talent marketplace, personally i think too disruptive.
An early stage successful SaaS start-up should have 300%-400% ARR growth for the first few years.
