Yes its a call they have made a few times. As with LPE. Seems crazy that both are not at significantly higher SPs. Only thing I can think of is that that the powers that be in the ASX dont like/ punish debt (and prefer CRs) and play it really really safe with dilution (shares coming out of escrow, issue with LPE) not affording micros benefit of doubt.
