And another thing. The breakout in USD gold to new ATH's has not even matched what would be a median leg up. Matching a median leg up take USD gold price to 2600, which at the current USD/AUD exchange rate equates to about 3900.
This breakout in terms of technicals is only beaten by 1972 which saw a 62% rise on the initial leg up and an eventual rise in gold of 347%
