also regarding M&A they stated they are aiming for 50% script and 50% cash for all acquisitions (with cash paid over multiple years) so the $7.3 mill of current cash should have a very large impact.
Management seem to be very competent in the acquisitions department after doing a bit of research into them and its nice to see that most of their recent acquisitions have had the script portion issued at 25c per share what is a premium, obviously the multiple that they pay will differ with each business depending on the quality and fit.
