NIC is my biggest holding and I am overall bullish on it, but it's not hard to be aware of potential negatives.
- Debt and propensity for pretty frequent cap raises
- Negative perception from China / Tsingshan involvement / the whole LME fiasco
- Indonesian nickel perceived as "dirty" nickel by investors, so ESG sentiment a factor
- Demand for NPI and nickel heavily dependent on China stimulus decisions
Company continues to achieve exactly what they say they will though, and show impressive growth to me, unlike a ton of other companies on the ASX that just like to talk about achieving things.
Bottom line is if nickel price spikes, NIC will moon, if it continues floundering around then so will the NIC share price most likely.
