CIO has traded at 3c or below for approximately 12 of the last 16 days. That's plenty of opportunity for retail investors to load up.
SPPs are more costly and take way longer to finalise with more hurdles to jump.
Larger companies should offer SPPs as standard, but time, cost and management focus on the business are more important factors for small companies like CIO.
