In short some hardware is upgradeable and some is not! There is a lot of "old" hardware out there and some of this will not be upgradeable to the new security measures and that equipment owned by some IADs will either need to be replaced or have extensive parts "thrown at it".... At some point, it becomes a case of why not upgrade to the new hardware....

A number of "old" IADs have sold their networks as they could not meet the capex requirement to upgrade their hardware.

In reality, as the distributor of the CashPod range we are happy to do both (ie supply the parts to upgrade or sell new hardware)... A win win really.
