My calcs were of min $4.75m ebitda... based on cashflow being similar to profits, who knows how hard they will go....

At 594m shares, $1m div tots would be $0.00168.... that would be roughly 5% which would be amazing, and open some eyes of investors... not many $20m (growth) companies paying a 5% dividend... well if they do, they aren't $20m for long...

But who knows, could be more, could be less...

This is the wonderful thing about zman holding so much of the company himself... he will always act in interests of shareholders... and sometimes that might be to pay out less, but, we can only back that decision if we are long term holders to be...
