One thing for sure, next time I get into a spec stock I will be taking a much much closer look at its register, and potential for dilution, even if there is revenue stream. Have had too many go CR, some multiple CRs. Almost without exception sets them back months even years. Nice for the instos and management but case of chronic indigestion for retailers.
