ME1 made the 'all time low'<3 years ago, has popped & retraced/consolidated since then & looks to be running out of puff lower & may well be setting up for a pop to the upside. Just maybe the company has gotten its act together....
Daily chart: Some indicators are showing divergence with volume increasing - could be a bit early but probably worth a first tranche somewhere around here IMO.
