As far as I know they have applied for FDA approval for MEG. These approvals for medical devices are much easier to get approved compared to drugs and leads to less scrutiny. The sucess rate of these approval is about 85 %. This can take upto 9 months for the approval to come through. After this the order for MEG will start coming through.
