You're right THFS but I'll point out two things which might make this one a bit more relevant than a standard NOM;
1. We have had a few delays, and recently uncertainty over the deal actually going forward, it will confirm to current holders and those on the sidelines that the RTO is certain.
2. Speculation over 'extra' details included in the NOM from those that spoke to the CEO at Techknow.
It is just a formality and will just contain historical financial info, but I think it's probably a bit more significant than if these points weren't a factor (there has been share price movement before the scheduled release times, see last Thursday for an example.
