Yep, he impressed DW with his experience and vision. He's worked his way up through sales and R&D to leadership roles in many different cultures and countries so he understands how it all works and what you need to do to be successful. He clearly has analysed what each job requires, he's an expert on building sales growth in many different markets, especially in Asia.
Right man in the right job and he obviously knows it.
