    Absolutely, which is why at around $5-6,000 ATI is very good value. Particularly compared to a rotator cuff repair around $25,000. Don't get me started at the stats on MRI's that have shown rotator-cuff tendons as fully torn, yet under surgery shown to be partial tears at worse (where ATI can be alternative to surgery). The Orthopaedic profession is always going to be reluctant to adopt ATI as it cannibalizes much of their business.

    People will compare cortico-steroids costs to ATI and balk. Its like paying a dopey mechanic to do an oil change with the wrong grade oil in vs a complete engine overall by a formula 1 mechanic.
