Again, sorry AlCp. I use a CPAP machine from RES and I have not had a bad nights sleep in the last three years. I suffer with PTSD and used to drink and smoke take prescription meds and I could manage to keep the entire suburb awake with my snoring. I stopped the grog, smokes and halved my meds( under dr supervision) did a sleep test 3 years ago and voila!... snoring stoped.
I had a recording by the sleep lab of over 146 episodes in the night, so I was told it is the OSA which will eventually kill me by heart failure. So obviously I did something about it and the boss has never been happier ( or the neighbourhood!)
When you go to bed drunk and wake up the next morning feeling like a heard of elephants wandered through your head and even had a sheet on their way through, chances are you suffer from OSA... and IT CAN BE fatal. Just ask the experts.
