BL informed me he has 20 million performance shares awaiting him on completion of required performance.
Wow there would be a lot of investors here who would like that sweet deal.
And many jealous and bitter of it as expressed in many posts on Hot Copper.
I am so not sorry you feel this way. How you feel is your choice.

Truth is, Brian set up that deal when he seeded RAP.
Good on you Brian, well done.
BL is an entrepreneur and invests in what he sees fit, as does every investor.

BL sells what he is passionate about.
Brian has told me many times how he is so passionate about RAP

Some RAP investors run Brian Leadman down and they whine and complain because he holds no shares.......at this moment.
BL seeded RAP and that is wonderful.
Many investors have made a lot of money on RAP.
Thank you Brian Leadman for starting so many great Australian companies.

And my thanks and appreciation to you Brian Leadman for seeing a vision of Dr Tony Keating and the work of Professor Udantha Abeyratne and seeding RAP with your own money.

Brian gets his 20 million shares when RAP becomes successful and when RAP becomes successful many including Bentley will benefit greatly.

That Brian has 20 million shares upon certified performance scares me....imagine the dump when it gets to 50c and he stands to earn 10 mill at that price! When UQ dump theirs last year it created an earthquake for weeks. Brian selling his would be very catastrophic for us all for quite a while.

By the way....what constitutes 'successful performance' so he qualifies for his shares? FDA or TG or CE approval? Or successful testing results?
