If we get 1.2 c per year per share over the 8 years life of the UG I'd be fairly happy. Gives a return of around 10% per year on current SP. Even better if you picked up Red at around 6c per share. Not bad considering current interest rates. Even better if franking credits are attached.
My calcs so if they don't add up let me know.
