it seems to me we have the prize(KOTH) and will eventually extinguish our debt and pay dividends. So why merge and dilute OUR shareholding with a sub-standard business for cash. Why the rush? I prefer to see things thru as they are resulting in improved cashflow over time without the unnecessary risks of absorbing sub standard SLR mines....in addition we would be a more attractive TO target without SLR!
