Presumably although SLR has a blocking stake in RED, RED could make the same kind of deal they have with SLR with GMD ... no RED SH approval required. Would GMD holders go for that?
RF seems over praised to me, but who knows? LT has the opposite problem, maybe deservedly? I was happy with MW.
