Your welcome to you opinion. There IS inherent risk in merging with a company where it's underlying assets are sub par to RED's. Why is RED undertaking this merger? I'm yet to hear of synergies that will IMPROVE EPS of merged entity over the long term. Do you own shares in SLR? RED will be debt free in the short term. We don't need to SLR.
