I fail to see the logic behind "this is going to rerate at the end of the day"? Not sure when the day ends, but the deal has been announced and the price has stopped its upwards climb and come back a few cents. If one combines the lack of previous trend with this reduction one might well say that the price has tanked. Hopefully, we will get to vote on MW's payout (not likely) as under his time as CEO the sp is down maybe by several times. Highs of $2.00 come to mind. Hardly worthy of being paid a fortune on exit
